Drawing from her background as a martial artist student and Ashtanga-trained yoga teacher, she bridges the gap between strength and suppleness, discipline and restoration. Through one-to-one coaching, group classes, and targeted workshops, Amisha empowers movers to train smarter—not just harder—by using yoga as a functional tool for performance, longevity, and deeper body awareness.
